Shipping policy

Made when you order

We hold no stock. Your tee is printed after you buy it, by our print partner in Swindon, United Kingdom, and then dispatched to you. That means there are two waits, not one: production, then delivery.

Production

Most orders are printed and dispatched within a few working days. Our print partner quotes up to 10 working days at busy times, and that is the figure we ask you to plan around. You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves.

Delivery

• United Kingdom — normally 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
• Europe — normally 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of the world — normally 10 to 20 working days after dispatch.

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import charges

We print and ship from the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside the UK, your parcel may attract import duty, VAT or a handling fee on arrival. Those charges are set by your own country and are payable by you. We cannot calculate them in advance and we cannot refund them.

Wrong address

Check the address before you confirm. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it. If it comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will refund the item but not the delivery charge.
