Who you are buying from

This shop is operated by Evoltron Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, at 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT. You can reach us at simone.divincenzo@evoltron.co. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Evoltron Ltd, and "you" means the person placing the order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order — a printing problem, an error in the listing, a price that is obviously wrong — we will tell you and refund you in full. We do not have to accept an order.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on each product page. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay. Any import duty or tax charged on arrival in your country is yours to pay, as set out in our shipping policy.

The designs

The artwork on these shirts is ours. You are buying the shirt, not the design: you may not reproduce, resell or use the artwork commercially. The designs are original work and are not associated with, endorsed by or licensed from any football club, competition, player or video game.

Product images

Product photographs are generated mockups of the real garment and print. Screens differ, and so does dye lot: colours may vary slightly from what you see. Garment measurements are the manufacturer's.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
